Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Nokia is a leading manufacturer of mobile broadband radio equipment, the grant of the experimental special temporary STA (Experimental STA) application will allow Nokia to demonstrate its 5G products to our customers which will allow the company to enhance its efforts to design and develop equipment to meet the communications needs of our customers.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of prototype/trial (5G) communication equipment to potential customers at the Sonoma Raceway. Nokia wants demonstrate prototype/trial (5G) communication equipment to potentials customers at the Sonoma Raceway, 29355 Arnold DR, Sonoma, CA 95476, the STA period would be from September 1st, 2018 - September 20th, 2018 to allow time for setup, testing and breakdown of the equipment.
