Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Nokia is a leading manufacturer of mobile broadband radio equipment. The grant of the experimental special temporary authority (STA) application will allow Nokia to demonstrate its 5G technology at the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) trade show. The experimental STA will allow Nokia to enhance its efforts to design and develop equipment to meet the communications needs of its customers and the telecommunications industry.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Trade show demo Nokia wishes to demonstrate 5G wireless communication equipment at the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) Mobile Carriers trade show taking place inside the Caesars Palace Hotel Convention Center, 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The STA period would be from April 5, 2017 through April 6, 2017 to allow time for setup, testing, and demonstrations during exhibit hours. Permission and use of the spectrum will be coordinated with the existing LMDS licensee, Nextlink Wireless, LLC (WPOH999) prior to the event.
