       Re:     Consent to Request for Special Temporary Authority of
              NextNet Wireless, Inc. For Operations on BRS Channels E3, F3
              and E4 in Boston, MA October 25—30, 2005

 Dear Sir or Madam:

        Nextel Spectrum Acquisition Corp., a wholy—owned subsidiary of Sprint
 Nextel Corporation (collectively "Sprint Nexte), is the licensee of Broadband
 Radio Service (BRS‘) Stations WMI863 and KQT48, which include BRS
 channels E1—E4 and F1—F4, respectively, in the Boston, Massachusetts area. In
 the associated application NexNet Wireless, Inc. (‘NextNet®) requests Special
 Temporary Authorization (‘STA®) to operate on BRS channels E3, F3 and E4 at
 the WiMAX World Conference and Exposition 2005 in Boston from October 25
 through October 30, 2005.
        Sprint Nextel hereby consents to NextNets request for an STA to operate
 on its licensed BRS channels E3, F3 and E4 at the WiMAX World Conference
 and Exposition 2005 in Boston Massachusetts from October 25—30, 2005
 NextNet has agreed to operate in compliance with the rules of the Federal
 Communications Commission. Further, NextNet and Sprint Nextel will cooperate
 to avoid harmful interference
