Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation designs, manufactures and tests small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in support of Department of Defense (DOD) requirements. Navmar is coordinating with USAF to conduct test flights of its UAVs in the restricted airspace controlled by the Warren Grove Weapons Range (WGR), located in Warren Grove, NJ. UAVs utilize several frequency bands for command and control by ground station, data transfer and imagery transmission. This STA is requested to ensure operational frequencies used by Navmar UAVs will not interfere with military or non-military users in the area surrounding Warren Grove Weapons Range, NJ.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Ground and flight testing of small UAVs in support of DoD requirements. This will involve two-way communication between the UAV and ground station to support command and control, data and imagery transfer.
