Exhibit 1 Navini Networks is developing a state of the art radio communication system using Smart Antenna technology. The system consists of Base Stations and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). The success of the product is dependent on the CPE and Base station tolerance to RF characteristics. As a result of this license, we will be able to perform extensive field experiments. The data collected will ensure the development of a product that meets highest quality, industry standards and government regulations. Unless field trials are performed, the system performance guarantees will remain pretty much theoretical. Hence it is of utmost importance that we obtain a FCC license and do the necessary field trials to ensure the success of the product.
