    Re:   Navini Networks request for Special Temporary Authority For Operations on
          Channel D# in Las Vegas, Nevada January 7—11, 2007

    Dear Sir or Madam:

          SuperChannels of Las Vegas, Inc., a wholly—owned subsidiary of Sprint Nextel
    Corporation (collectively "Sprint Nextel") is the licensee of Broadband Radio Service (°BRS")
    Station B245 and is the lessee of a "grandfathered" lease with the ||censee the Clarendon
    Foundation, for Educational Broadband Service ("EBS") Station WLX803.‘ Station WLX803
    has geographic service areas covering Las Vegas, Nevada and has a channel assignment
    including Channel D3 (2578 — 2584 MHz).

          Sprint Nextel hereby concurs with the associated request for Special Temporary
    Authority ("STA") filed by Navini Networks ("Navini").      Navini requests the STA to allow for
    operations on Broadband Radio Service Channel D3 during a during a Consumer Electronics
    show scheduled from January 7, 2007 through January 11, 2007, at the Sands Expo Center
    201 East Sands Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. Navini will operate with an EIRP under one watt
    inside the Sands Expo Center. Sprint Nextel and Navini will coordinate their respective
    operations on Channel D3 to ensure there is no interference to either party.
            Accordingly, Sprint Nextel supports Navinis request for an STA to operate on
    Educational Broadband Service Channel D3 in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 7—11, 2007.
