Dear Sir or Madam: Navini Networks, Inc. (“Navini”) hereby requests expedited treatment of its request for Special Temporary Authority for an experimental license. Expedited treatment of the application is necessary because the principals of the prospective client that will make the decision whether or not to utilize this next generation of equipment for broadband technology are only available for the next three weeks. Once that time has passed, they will be unavailable and unable to participate in the evaluation of the equipment. Ultimately these individuals will decide whether or not to move forward utilizing this technology, and without these demonstrations they do not have sufficient basis on which to make their decision. Navini was unable to apply for this STA prior to this time because they had entered into discussions with the license holder of the spectrum to be certain no harmful interference would be caused to their operations, and those discussions were just successfully concluded.
