Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Testing of new coach-to-player communications system for NFL football games necessitates short-term operation. The new system under test utilizes digital land mobile equipment in a high-noise environment. If the testing is successful at this venue pursuant to the STA, the applicant intends to license this new system at all NFL stadiums for the 2012-2013 football season.
