Exhibit No.1 A station authorization for experimental radio service is needed for Nokia‘s Distribution Center located in Alliance Texas (just a few miles West of the NTC Solana facility). We will be conducting incoming and outgoing inspections on the 9000 Communicator product and need a GSM 1900 network to complete the tests. The BTS transmits in the 1930—1990 MHz band while the MS transmits in the 1850—1910 MHz band. The information transmitted is digital and the modulation technique is Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying (GMSK) at a rate of 270.833 kbaud.
