The FCC experimental license we are applying for is a NSF GENI Project Office (GPO)
funded project which is a collaborative project between WINLAB, Rutgers University
and NEC Laboratories America. The Principal Investigator for this project is Professor
Raychaudhuri at Rutgers University and the Co-Principal Investigator for this project is
Dr. Sampath Rangarajan at NEC Laboratories America.

This application is being made by Dr. Sampath Rangarajan. Please note that Rutgers
University has already applied for and received the experimental license for these
frequencies in and around the Rutgers campus for this project and NEC Laboratories
America also requires such license in and around the NEC Laboratories building at 4
Independence Way, Princeton, NJ 08540.
