Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Motorola Solutions, Inc. proposes to conduct limited tests and demonstrations of prototype mobile subscriber units at military installations in connection with a Federal Government contract solicitation. The test period is expected to be limited to a period of 6 months or less.
