Attachment Page Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.217—9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract DG133E—10—NC— 2472 hereby exercises option period 4 as follows: The Government hereby exercises Option Year 4, CLIN 4001 in the amount of $611,420.00 for the period September 13, 2014 — September 12, 2015 for the GOES DCS Sustaining Engineering Support under contract number DG133E—10—NC—2472. This modification is incrementally funding the amount of $200,000.00 under Option Period 4, for the period September 13— 2014 through January 12, 2015. As a result of the above the total value of award to include all options is being increased from: $2,301,172.40 by $611,420.00 to $2,912,592.40. As a result of this modification, the total obligated amount of contract is increased from $2,301,172.40 by $200,000.00 to $2,501,172.40.
