Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
In the context of the experimentation of new tyre pressure related connected services by Michelin North America. Wed like to use early stage prototype of a communication gateway that is not yet certified against the requirements of the FCC regulation(s).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The experiment that would be conducted will be made by placing communication gateways on different kind of vehicles (waste management trucks, general cargo transportation, coaches, etc.) to test and adapt the pressure monitoring system to each tested use case. The gateway embbeds different radio comunication means that wed like to assess: LTE Cat. 1, LTE Cat. M1, LTE Cat. NB1, Sigfox.
