To expedited processing and reduce the impact of our participation in the Navy's JIFX experiment, Martin
UAV will block our Wave Relay System from operating the frequency bands 2360-2390MHz and
2320-2354 MHz.

We believe this removes the requirement for coordination with the Aerospace and Flight Test
Coordinating Council or SDARS (Sirius XM).

Please advise if we need to further amend our application.
