Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Testing and deployment of two-way voice and telemetry communications system for automobile racing by Mercedes race team at the Race of Champions, Miami Marlins Park Stadium, Florida. The race team uses this communications system in Europe with equipment that is not licenseable in the United States at present. It is new technology under development.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of a two-way, terrestrial voice and telemetry communications system between race cars and pit crew of a single race team at the Race of Champions, Miami, Florida.
