racing venues, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, and The Raceway at Belle Isle,

Weathertech Sportscar Championship in Lexington, Ohio) and May 31 to June 2, 2018 (at the
Weathertech Sportscar Championship in Detroit, Michigan). The system will be deployed by the
Mazda Joest race team at each location. The race team will use the communications system on a
developmental testing basis on behalf of and overseen by MRTC Motorsport Communications.

The applicant requires for each venue twenty-one VHF channels, eight of which are backup
channels) each using a channel bandwidth of 12.5 kilohertz for simplex and duplex voice
operation and two narrowband UHF channels for simplex voice from the race cars to the pit crew
