Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes the use of amateur radio, broadcast auxiliary, land mobile and certain microwave bands at the Sebring Race Track in Sebring, Florida for terrestrial only, international and domestic video production operation; for two-way voice and telemetry for racing cars; and for two-way operational and security communications during the World Endurance Championship and related automobile race events and for testing prior to the events within and immediately surrounding the Sebring Race Track. The STA is necessary because the race teams, from Europe and elsewhere, use land mobile, broadcast auxiliary, and microwave radio equipment that is not licenseable in the United States for the purpose set forth herein, due to frequency ranges, and it is new technology under development. Furthermore, this is one of the largest automobile race events in the United States in a crowded market, and normal, licenseable channels for operations, security, weather radar, video production and race crew use are overloaded.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Terrestrial only, international and domestic video production operation; voice and telemetry between racing cars and pit crews; and two-way operational and security communications. and for weather radar related to the event. Please see attached narrative.
