Thank you for your response, and please found our answers to the requests/questions below.

1) We do not the the "Justification of Power" statement to remain confidential.

2) The device operates indoor only in accordance with Part 15.517 (a). The reference to a radius of
10Km refers to the total area that may contain different boxes of the same technology. Specifically, it will
be very helpful for our testing if we can test the device at multiple facilities within the greater Boston area.
Hence, we specified that our radius of operation is 10Km, while indeed, in each of these locations, the
device will be operated only indoors.

3) The main reason we decided to have 2 separate STAs is that we were advised by the FCC OET to
apply for the narrower range separately. This is because the wider frequency range (5.46-7.25GHz) may
require coordination between FCC and external agencies which would delay the approval of the STA.
