Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We would like to obtain a license to operate a new device we have developed at MIT. The device emits a frequency-swept signal, between 5.46-7.25 GHz at very low power -- in compliance with FCC part 15 for low-power, non-licensed transmitters.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The device is intended for research purposes. We would like to test the ability of the device to track motion of people using reflections of wireless signals off their bodies. We would also like to test the ability of the device to extract users breathing and heart rates by relying on the reflections of wireless signals off their bodies.
