Exhibit 2 Amplifying Information

We are requesting, if possible, that this STA be expedited to meet a start date of 06 August 2018.
Insufficient lead‐time is due to the unexpected and recent opportunity to participate in a flight test
being conducted in support of a government program. Participation in this flight test will enable a
technology demonstration and allow the program to meet its technical objectives without the
government incurring the considerable cost of subcontracting for additional payload launch and
recovery services.

The DOD frequency coordinator for the test area is Mr. Sanchez, Army Frequency Management Office
(AFMO), Joint Base San Antonio – Ft. Sam Houston, 1214 Stanley Road, Suite 32, Ft. Sam Houston, TX
78234‐5032; Telephone 210‐221‐2050/2820, (DSN 471). Mr. Sanchez will provide the pre‐coordination
documents.

This STA is related to STA Confirmation Number: EL579387, STA File Number: 1281‐EX‐ST‐2018. They are
for the same government program using the same equipment and frequencies. They have been
submitted as separate STAs since will support flight tests at separate times in two different areas. The
DoD frequency coordination for both areas is handled by the frequency coordinator listed above.
