Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
By having an STA, we will be able to conduct short term experiments with the RADA RPS-42 MHR radar to fulfill requirements for work supported by the Department of the Air Force under Air Force Contract No. FA8702-15-D-0001. We would like to conduct three to four tests over the course of 6 months. The radar will be setup and dismantled before and after each single day test event so the radars will only operate for about 6 hours at a time at this location.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The project is evaluating the use of this radar for the detection and tracking of targets in an urban environment. This radar system can use up to four radar panels that cover 90 degrees each which provides a full 360 degrees of coverage. As part of our evaluation, we will test at most 2 panels in a collocated configuration and also separated by up to 80 meters to test data fusion and to determine if radar interference issues exist between panels.
