Question asked in correspondence:

You are requesting to operate in TV band (470-616 MHz), please explain how your operation will not
cause any interference to TV stations operating in the intended vicinity.

Response to question asked in correspondence:

We would like to find 10 MHz of contiguous spectrum in this band in which we can operate in a
non-interfering basis. We have looked up TV stations that are active in this area and have found some
potential open space. We are in the process of collecting some measurements that show that this space
appears open in this area. We are also running some simulations that show the predicted received signal
strength of our proposed transmission in this area. Will this be sufficient to show that we can operate in a
non-interfering basis?

If not, is there a possibility of obtaining 10 MHz of contiguous spectrum in the 175-225 MHz band or the
400-450 MHz band?

Thank you for your consideration.
