The experimental license WH2XVW is being modified to reflect the change in technical POC from Alan
Fenn to William Moulder and to add an additional transmitter location (Building 1302L) to the existing
location (Bldg 1715) both of which are physically located on Hanscom AFB approximately 2 mile apart.
We were advised by the Hanscom AFB Spectrum Manager to modify the FCC experimental license to
allow authorized use in a second location.
