Mr. Ghaffari,

We attempted to update the application late yesterday afternoon. After receiving the latest email this
morning to "Please go back to your application and amend it as it is shown on your
attachment." We attempted to login but were unsuccessful. Our RF licensing manager at MIT LL
reported to me that "I tried going back into the application using the previous confirmation and file
number w/o success."

Just to verify there is a problem : Was the application updated correctly?

What was wrong with the update?

Any idea why we might have been unable to access the application?
