By an attachment, we are providing the Commission with the current list of government contract numbers being used under this license. Also included is the required environmental impact statement. This license is used by an antenna development range located at Gray Butte field near Palmdale, California. Renewal of the license is needed to permit continued development and evaluation of antennas, perform radar cross—sectional studies and other related functions in support of U. S. Air Force and U. S. Navy contracts. To provide the information needed to effect coordination of the license requirements in the IRAC— FAS subcommittee, the applicant has forwarded a copy of this letter and its enclosures to the offices of the USAF Frequency Management Agency and to the Director, Naval Electromagnetic Spectrum Center. We have also forwarded copies of the application to the Western Area Frequency Coordinator at Point Mugu, California and the Western Regional Office of the Federal Aviation Administration in Los Angeles, Califomnia. Enclosure (2) forwards our check in the amount of $45.00 to cover the license renewal fee.
