See Sections 0.241(c) and 5.65 of the Commission‘s Rules. If you wish to refile the application for the same frequencies, please first precoordinate your request with the FAA, and submit a copy of the FAA‘s clearance with your application. A list of FAA Regional offices is attached for your convenience. Also, if you object to the dismissal of the application, you may file a petition for reconsideration within 30 days of the date of this letter.
