We currently have Special Temporary Authorizations on file, submitted March 2nd, 1995, for all af— fected radio station authorizations for the two merging corpora— tions. These STA‘s will cover operations of all systems until final approval of the attached applications by the FCC. This filing is being submitted as a Mass Filing at this due to size and complexity of the merger and the affected radio station authorizations involved. All administrative data affected by the merger has been updated to reflect the new licensee, Lockheed Martin Corporation.
