Supplemental Statement Item #9 — Form 405 Commission grant of this renewal application would not have a significant effect on the environment. The applicant has evaluat— ed its facilities and operations in terms defined in Rule Part 1, Bubpart 1, "Procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969" and finds that this renewal application will not represent an action covered by Rule Section 1.1307. We, the Martin Marietta Corporation, are familiar with the "Q@uidelines for Human Exposure to (non—ionizing) Radio Frequency Radiation" as detailed in the Commission‘s OST Bulletin No. 65. The operation of the proposed experimental station will nucot cause radiation density levels in excess of the limits discussed therein (ANSI C95.1—1982) in any area accessible to the general Public. Power will be removed when authorized personnel are in the vicinity of the transmitting antenna.
