EXHIBIT I This request is response for the project called "Arrow" under the contract, 95025 30001, to the Israceli Government. The equipment being used is built by the Martin Marietta Corporation and uti—~ lizazes frequency hopping FM modulation. The power output will be 450 watts (FEAK), 26.5 dBW, transmitting with a directional 27 dB gain antenna. The program is scheduled to run from July 1993 to December 1994 and will be conducted at our Simulation Test Labo— ratory located at the Main Plant Facilities on Sandlake and Kirkman Roads.

EXHIBIT ILI Site Description The antenna will be mounted on a 15.24 M tower, which is located next to the Simulation Test Labs building which is approximately 22.86 M tall. The antenna will be aim in a downward angle down the test range at ground targets.
