Lutron currently markets FCC-certified Part 15 products that transmit and receive between 431MHz and
437MHZ. The product currently under development, for which experimental authority is requested under
File No. 0351-EX-ST-2011, is intended to be compatible with our existing FCC-certified product line. As
such, because the new product will operate between 431MHz and 437MHz, we are requesting
experimental authority in this band during this development stage.
