Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Lockheed Martin Corporation submits the instant request to support US Navy PMA 263 demonstration of UAS flight capabilities of Indago Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS). Trellisware radios operating on S-band frequencies identified in this request are the datalink through which the Indago system is operated.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The event is a flight demonstration requested by PMA 263 for the United State Marine Corps to determine capabilities. The operation of the S-band Trellisware radios are point-to-point between the UAS ground control station radio and air vehicle radios for the purpose of unmanned aircraft communication and video streams.
