LOCIVA FCC Filing for Experimental License

The submission adds LTE Band 4 transmit frequencies to our previous FCC renewal
0058-EX-CR-2016 for all of the defined locations except as specificed below for
North Caroline where the antenna height is differed

We are undertaking some airborne testing with LTE between 3000m and 4500m
using Nokia COTS LTE systems connected to flight approved OMNI antennas
mounded on the underneath of a Pilatus PC-12 aircraft

These are the test areas highlighted below

The aircraft are operated from Fayetteville airport by Sierra Nevada Corporation on
behalf of the US Government – specifically the SOCOM units stationed at Ft Bragg




A SOCOM application server is being deployed on the ground and on the aircraft to
enable control and management of video and audio applications
