Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We wish to conduct a trial of our ground surveillance radar systems ability to protect borders and critical infrastructure facilities for DOE,DOD and other Government Agencies. The B400 radar is a FCC Certified ground surveillance radar. Operation will only be Starting August 15th, 2015 and last 6 months

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To conduct a trial of our ground surveillance radar systems. We will be conducting test, demonstration and evaluation the system capabilities at the request of US Homeland Security, DOD/DOE.
