The response to the enquiry dated 2/15 was immediately replied to via email to the sender
(John.Kennedy@fcc.gov) and was also added as an exhibit to this filing.
After successfully submitting the Clarification Question attachment to the filing, the email with the same
attachment was sent to John Kennedy's email with the Reference Number 6241 in the subject field.
Since we never heard any correspondence to the contrary, it was assumed that the Grant was to be
issued shortly.

Please reconsider dismissal/denial as today's letter was the first we have heard of any problems. We
have done everything in our power to comply with all requests in a thorough and timely fashion exactly as
directed.

We have in fact, duplicated other filings and ours is identical to other approved GPS Experimental
License Applications.
