The main reason we are refiling for an experimental license in the same location is to correct an error on
the original filing 0222-EX-PL-2013 - where the frequencies and power levels are defined incorrectly
(output power set incorrectly for the frequency ranges).

The higher band 2110-2130MHz is the downlink (and should be represented as higher TX power 40W)
and the lower band 1710-1730MHz should be for the handset uplink (lower power 1W)

As such we have resubmitted this on the new filing request with the correct data.
It would be prudent to cancel the original file 0222-EX-PL-2013
