(ASRI) for L3 Technologies to perform flight testing in association with a experimental radio license to be issued by the Federal Communications Commission. ASRI agrees to the secondary use of the following frequencies: 128.900 MHz 129.075 MHZ 129.175 MHZ 129.550 MHz 131.250 MHz Transmitter Location: Waco TX (31 38 16 N / 097 04 27 W) at the TSTC Waco Airport CNW. ASRI concurs with the use of the specified frequencies, provided that no harmful interference is received by ASRI licensed stations.
