Demonstration of COMINT collection system on maritime vessel.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of COMINT collection system on maritime vessel. Receive-only collection system is located in the water next to a pier. Target emitter 1 is stationary. Target emitter 2 is also stationary within 2 km of target emitter 1. When the demonstration is conducted and for testing, the radio will be transmitted for 10 seconds on, 30 seconds off. All frequencies will be transmitted from both target locations.
