Dear Ms. Nguyen:

I am responding to your request of September 10, 2007, for additional information concerning the
above-identified experimental application of L-G Communications, Inc. I will attempt to enter the following
information into L-G Communications, Inc.?s application. To the extent that effort is unsuccessful, please
consider this letter an amendment to the application.

The frequency desired is 3650.00000 through 3700.00000 MHz, while the ERP will be 3.43000
watts. The mean peak and tolerance will be M and 0.00010000%, respectively. The emission designator
for the radio transmitters is 20M0D7W. The station will be fixed, and L-G Communications, Inc., plans to
use five of Aperto Networks? PacketMAX 3000 units and 150 of Aperto Networks? PacketMAX 100 units.

The base station, the PacketMAX 3000, will use a nondirectional antenna and operate at 1.0 watt
output power and ERP. The subscriber units, the PacketMAX 100, will utilize a directional antenna with a
beamwidth of 20 degrees and operate at 0.1 watt output power and 4.0 watts ERP. The antennas for
both the base stations and subscriber units will be attached to existing buildings or structures and will in
no event extend more than six meters above the existing buildings or structures.

If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.

                                                                           Sincerely yours,

                                                                           /s/

                                                                           Paul Grandinetti
