    Mr Kennedy,

    Please amend the referenced STA as follows:

    We mistakenly believed the units for the stability to be in parts per
million, but
    now understand it is a percentage. In light of this, the stability should be
indicated
    as 0.0001% (1ppm).

    To simplify matters, we wish to change the frequency request to a discrete
frequency
    of 10.355 GHz with an emission type of 10M0N0N (10 MHz channel, Continuous
    Wave transmission with no modulation).
