Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
I was directed to complete this STA based on an email exchange with Douglas Young ([email protected]). Jankel has an experimental RF generating device that we plan to test/demo with our potential customers. This device will only be operated at selected/approved test sites, on specific dates (tbd), and only intermittently during those day for moments at a time. The equipment is integrated into a mobile platform and, when triggered, will radiate into free space.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The operation of the equipment is intended to disrupt the electrical system of a target vehicle in close range to the transmitter.
