Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of this operation is to employ an analog cable television modulator on television channel 9 to generate a very low power RF television signal to be sent to analog television receivers located in the school building. The entire operation is situated indoors and does not intend reception out of the building. Moreover, because of the very low power output of the cable modulator, it is highly improbably that the propagation of the signal would exceed 100-200 feet.
