Mr. Ghaffari:

You wrote Mr. Malouf, Please justify the need for a 60 months experimental license as oppose to a 24
months experimental license.

Our antenna test facility is expected to be used far into the future beyond 5 years. We get work from
NASA and the military that regularly requires the testing of antennas at our facility.

I selected a license term of 5 years as a matter of convenience, understanding that we would have to
renew the license after 5 years.

If this causes a delay in the processing, then I am willing to change the application to a 2 year term. It
means that we would have to renew the license in 2 years rather than 5 years.

Regards,
