Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are launching a lunar lander as part of the CLPS program. We plan to launch around Nov 2021. Our mission will be approximately 3 weeks long because we expect our hardware to freeze during the lunar night. We will spend about 1 week in transit to the moon, and approximately 2 weeks broadcasting to Earth from the surface. We will want to attempt to estiablish communication after the lunar night, but we doubt our hardware will survive.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of our operation is to land on the moon as part of the NASA CLPS program. We have 4 NASA payloads that we are taking to the moon.
