Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We have scheduled testing at the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute (MFRI ) along with government participants. This is for the Thunderstorm 19-4 “Limited Demo and Experimentation for sense Through the wall Tech” for the Army Research Lab and Penn State (POC for reference: thunderstorm-sttw@arl.psu.edu). We need FCC approval for ISM band/Part 15 approval, Special Temporary Authority (STA) as mentioned by the POCs. This serves to rapid prototype for the DoD Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO)
