Dear Mr. John Blankenagel:

More information pertaining to the need for 500 equipment units is needed. Please answer the
following questions as well as provide any additional information which will be helpful in
justifying the need for this quantity.

1. Who will be operating the equipments, employees or the general public?

2. If the general public will use the devices (please address market testing), will the general
public be charged any fees for acquiring the device or for using the device?

3. How many devices will be radiating at any given time by the employees, the general public or
by both groups at the same time.

4. Can computer models be run instead of using radiating equipment. If "No", why not?

5. Can the quantity be made less than 500?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
October 05, 2001 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of
the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
