a detailed description of the reason for the experimental license request.

The X character in the second symbol in the emission designators we believe is valid due to this device
operated on a single channel, is digitally modulated and is a TDD device; this excludes it from being 0, 1,
2, 3, 7, 8 and 9. This has been accepted on previous applications for this type of equipment.

I also updated the application with a change on antenna location from Washington DC to Arlington, VA.

An equipment list was attached to cover models EDM320a and 612ANXHMWV.
