Mr. Ghaffari,
Since we do not need FCC approval to transmit in the military band we would like to withdraw
our application with you for both Ku‐band and X‐band.
I was not aware that FCC approval is not required to transmit on the 7.9‐8.4 GHz military band.
We are currently working with our DoD program office.
