Please explain the purpose of operation:
The C2 link consists of a ground station communicating to and from an aircraft. The ground station will uplink to the aircraft and the aircraft will downlink to the ground station. Ground testing will be accomplished at Bingen, WA and airborne testing will be conducted at Boardman and Arlington, OR. The mining locations are in geographically remote areas and away from any populated areas. See Technical Description
