The FAA may re-consider if the band is adjusted to 1525-1535 MHz and the power lowered. 2) While it is understood that this testing is for simulation and detection of mobile satellite service (MSS) protocols, it is uncertain if this frequency allocation is appropriate for this operation. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of December 16, 2013 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
