To Whom it May Concern, On behalf of ImSAR, LLC I would like to apply for a modification of Experimental License Call Sign WE2XVR to further the development and testing of a low power radar systems. This application modifies or adds the following locations, antennas, and emissions: 1. Frequency change: For locations at Boardman OR, China Lake CA, Whidbey Island WA, McDonough GA, Prudhoe Bay AK and Arlington OR, we request a modification to combine approved frequencies 450-758 MHz with emission designator 308MQ0N, Output Power 6 W/ERP 15 W. 2. Frequency change: For locations at Springville UT, Avon Park FL, Camp Atterbury IN, Fort Drum NY, Fort McCoy WI, Eglin Test Range FL, Yuma AZ, Dugway Proving Grounds UT, Camp Roberts CA, Utah (all), Fort Polk LA, Fairbanks AK, Barrow AK, Wallops Island VA, Patuxent River MD, Hood River OR and Anchorage AK, we request a modification to combine approved frequencies 420-758 MHz with emission designator 338MQ0N, Output Power 6 W/ERP 15 W. 3. We request a modification in the allowable transmission levels of all locations as follows: Frequency Output ERP 769-788 MHz 6W 15 W 879 MHz 6W 15 W 1805 MHz 6W 15 W 1625-1850 MHz 1W 2W 8750 MHz 0.1 W 193 W 9875 MHz 0.1 W 193 W 10-10.5 GHz 4W 193 W 15.4-17.4 GHz 1W 153 W 4. New Frequency: For locations Springville UT and Utah (all), we request new frequency 2200 – 2300 MHZ with emission designator 2M40G1D, output power 1 W/ERP 278 W. 5. New Frequency: For locations Springville UT and Utah (all), we request new frequency 2400 – 2500 MHz with emission designators 5M00D7W, 10M0D7W & 20M0D7W, output power 0.5 W/ ERP 97 W. 6. New Frequency: For locations at Boardman OR, Whidbey Island WA, Arlington Or, Avon Park FL, Camp Atterbury IN, Fort Drum NY, Fort McCoy WI, Eglin Test Range FL, Yuma AZ, Dugway Proving Grounds UT, Camp Roberts CA, Utah (all), Fort Polk LA, Fairbanks AK, and Barrow AK, we request a new frequency 15.4 – 17.4 GHz with emission designator 2G00F0N, Output Power 2 W/ERP 484 W. 7. New Frequency: For locations at Springville UT, McDonough GA, Wallops Island VA, Patuxent River MD, Hood River OR, and Purdhoe Bay AK, we request a new frequency 16.4 GHZ with emission designator 2G00F0N, Output Power 2 W/ERP 484 W.

The end user of these experimental systems will be predominantly the US Department of Defense.
